To All of the Bad Ass Mom’s Out There, You are My Hero!

How many hats does a mom wear each and every day?! It blows my mind when I see mother’s of more than 1 kiddo function on a normal, day to day routine and myself being a mom of 1 incredible boy, I get exhausted when it comes to Friday night at the end of each week!

I credit every single mother that I know! I acknowledge the sacrifice you put in every day. I acknowledge the stress that you go through. I acknowledge the “love that it hurts” emotion that you pour into your kids. Here I share some pictures that I had taken of incredible moms and I LOVE how it shows through their body language and faces of how much they love being a mom and love their children! You can also see the RESPECT and the love their children have in them too!

Recently I wrote a blog about my feelings towards my birth mother (read here), and it has been recently I TRULY believe that being a mom means SACRIFICE. Even if you are only a mom for a short 5 minutes because you made the SACRIFICE to give your baby up for adoption. 

I have also recently written a blog about SELF-CARE (read here). Being a mom not only means sacrifice and serving, but also serving YOURSELF and LOVING yourself. 

I am truly so blessed beyond belief that I have the PRIVILEGE and HONOR to be Donovan’s mom. I hope that there will never be a day that I will take that for granted! 

I am also blessed to have a mother who has raised me to LOVE SO MUCH that it hurts. Who has taught me unconditional love. Who is there for her kids but ALSO has taught me to be independent and strong.
