Let me introduce to you Tony and to my favorite hobby, BRUNCH!

Sundays are meant for 3 things in my life: church, family and brunch.

Let me introduce you to my husband, Tony. Tony is among all things, the MOST genuine and encouraging person that I have ever met. One fact is for sure, nobody would ever say anything negative about him and probably smile to themselves if someone were to ask, “Hey, do you know Tony?” Tony and I met in college and we still cannot believe how it has been 11 years ago that we were taking that first step into a relationship that brought us to where we are now. Tony is currently managing a department in the category of business banking and I think all of the time of how fortunate his employees are to work under his leadership. In conclusion to Tony, he has an amazing sense of humor that honestly, I shake my head at every time, but secretly laugh and think, that was pretty clever (but don't tell him that)

Our Sundays have included the substantial hobby that I have deemed to be a connoisseur (excuse my French) of. Because of our frequent visits to brunch, Tony and I definitely feel like experts in the world of apple juices (due to Donovan’s addiction), fluffy scrambled eggs and the perfect hollandaise sauce.
Today we went to Saltys on Redondo beach in Des Moines. For $45 you can indulge in everything, from made to order pastas, to eggs benedict, to the most beautiful display of seafood all in one place.
The sweets and chocolate fountain is made of every child's and chocolate addict's dreams.

I usually try to go on a 2 mile run in the morning before we indulge and stuff our faces when we go to Saltys. Both locations that I have experienced (one on Seatttle’s Alki Beach) are set up in a perfect scenery of the Puget Sound.

I hope all of you enjoyed your Sunday and bring on the work week!!!
