Flowers are my favorite when they come from Scott (Giveaway Time!)

Wait a minute….why are they not my favorite when they come from Tony? Well you see, during the early years of Tony’s and my marriage, I had told him that I would rather use the money to go to dinner than money he would spend on me for flowers and after 9 years of marriage, it has stuck. There is the occasional flowers that I would come home to after a long day of work (and that Donovan would “buy for me”) so I am not completely deprived. And even when I have those occasional flowers, the thought does run through my mind, how much where those? LOVE YOU TONY!

Scott hard at work on my bouquet!

Today we stopped by Pikes Place Market on our way home from the Farm in Oregon to check out their new plaza and views. Every part of this new addition to the market has been so well thought out and accurately depicts the heart of Seattle.

There isn’t anything as nostalgic and timeless than a beautiful bouquet of Pike’s Market Flowers. I feel as though I have been able to be a part of the “club” of the flower vendors because Tony has a close friend whose family has been a huge part of Pikes Market with their own flower business. Scott is one of the most caring and friendliest individual I know. His character and liveliness fits perfectly with the job that he has inherited from his family. Scott and Tony have known each other for 30 years and grew up in the same neighborhood. Scott was a part of our wedding and did us the honor by being a groomsman. He also provided our flower center pieces.

Scott’s flower stand is currently located right across the street from Beecher’s Cheese, which they have been residing for the past 5 years. Once you walk through the entrance to the market inside you will come across Scott’s flower stand on your immediate left. Every time we go visit Pikes Market, Scotts is our very first stop.

See Lee Farm

has been part of the market since 1986. The family owns three farms in Woodinville, Duvall and Fall City adding to the local charm that this remarkable stand exemplifies. Not only do they place their charm and light in the historic Pikes Market, but they also have stands during the Puyallup Farmer’s Market and Des Moines Waterfront Market during every weekend. Scott’s schedule is consistently 8:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Thursdays at Pikes and weekends he is at the Des Moines Market.

Scott and I have collaborated because it was important for me to let someone experience the wonderfulness and beautiful bouquet of flowers that I enjoy! It’s giveaway time people!!! Scott is giving away a free bouquet of flowers to the winner! I am so excited for the winner to meet him and partake on a bit of history of Pikes Place Market. Details of the giveaway are on my Instagram account so make sure you go to it, add me and read the instructions! Instagram name: tiffanielf.
